  • Shipping Time (United States): Estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary slightly based on your location and carrier workload.

Free US Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States, with no minimum purchase required.


International Shipping

Currently, we do not ship outside the United States. We are working on expanding our shipping options to international destinations in the future.


Taxes and Duties

  • No Sales Tax: Qinsen does not charge any sales tax on any orders.
  • All listed prices are final – no hidden fees or extra charges at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link so you can monitor your package’s journey. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of order. Qinsen is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
