Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if:
- The item arrived damaged
- The item is unusable
- The item is not the same as described or shown in the product listing
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@qinsen.store with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos (if applicable).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
No Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees for returns that meet our return conditions.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (damaged, unusable, or incorrect item), we will provide a prepaid return label.
- If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.
Items returned without prior approval or outside the 30-day window may not be eligible for a refund.
